Regarding such, the operators of analpics.com restrict their activities to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of the content, be it depictions of explicit or of simulated sexual activity, that is furnished by third-party users of the website. All user-supplied content displayed on analpics.com results from the actions of third-party users, who have control of areas of the website that contain the content. The operators are thus exempt from compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as per 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Any content on the website that, as decided solely by the operator, is found to be illegal, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or which in any manner contravenes the website's terms of use or other policies may be deleted.
